All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

A deposit of 100% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed before the activity.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance due to extreme weather conditions or proof of illness will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

2. Weather and Safety

Activities are subject to weather conditions. The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Participant Requirements

All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in activities. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions given by the tour guides.

4. Liability

The provider is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the activity, unless caused by gross negligence. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants.
